"Hello Dr. Newton, your email with attachment was forwarded along to me by Mary. As we all navigate this recovery phase of this disaster, I just wanted to pass along to you that your approach, your background and your qualifications are exactly the type of professional expertise that we here at Flood Control are hoping that private properties owners in the re-build areas will bring onto their teams. What happened on January 9th was not a flood, as you know, and these hard hit areas will continue to be at risk in the foreseeable future, until the watershed recovers. And when the next major wildfire cycle occurs. And I believe that owners are best served by professionals who are studied in these hazards."

"Thank you again for all of your hard work on this case. I believe that your preparation & knowledge of the subject came through loud & clear to the jury. As I mentioned, my partner, who has been practicing as a trial lawyer for nearly 30 years, said he would rank you in the top 2% of expert witnesses he has seen testify in trial."
Gregory P. Regier is a trial and land use lawyer who is the managing partner of the Westlake Village office of Jackson | DeMarco | Tidus | Peckenpaugh.
"I wanted to share how pleased the NCSD Board and I have been with Brad Newton’s performance in regards to development of our Emergency Water Supply Regulations. Brad has done a great (A+) job in assisting us and he has consistently submitted quality and detailed work on or before his deadlines. His presentations and his interaction with the Board and with committee members has also been excellent."
